Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

New Client Orientation & Revaluations are free 15-30min required in the beginning, medial, and end of a program that involves a medical and fitness analysis.
Each session includes a 5-15 minute sport massage to help you with stretches/ longevity/ maintenance.
I specialize in aquatics, corework, and strength training.
All aquatic sessions will be done outside of my studio in your preference of location.
Most corework is in relation to foam rollers, yoga and palates techniques.
Our strength training sessions do not always require heavy weights.
My main goal is to educate clients on how to combine all forms of exercise in intervals and circuits. In effort to keep a lasting relationship with various exercise routines. Beside knowing the importance of maintaining a balance in muscle and cardiovascular function (If you don't use it, you lose it).
